The 2024 Magistrale Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on clayey and sandy soils at 100–150 meters in Veneto. Harvested in mid-September, the grapes undergo maceration on skins and fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature. This ruby red wine reveals deep black cherry, plum, and fig flavors with subtle floral, spicy violet, and black pepper notes. Aged in stainless steel and refined in bottle, it offers a rich palate and well-rounded mouthfeel. Serve with grilled meats or savory pasta dishes.
