Our 2023 Tempranillo is from the Finca del Marquesado estate in Rioja, a family-run winery that’s focused on sustainability and their surrounding biodiversity to bring out the freshest, fullest-body flavors. This lively red is a bright purple color with violet light strokes. Blackberry, raspberry, cassis, and other intense black fruits aromas reign in this smooth, round, yet intense palate. Rioja, Spain’s most famous winemaking region, is renowned for its Tempranillo wines that are often complex and savory with red and black fruit notes, robust tannins and acidity. Casual enough to be served with everyday dishes like baked chicken, yet bold enough to serve with barbecued ribs and burgers.
